Agents - there are no signs because Windermere covenants won't allow them. It's a little difficult because none of the adjacent lots have e911 addresses. If you're unfamiliar with the area, try: Go to 5 N Fairwinds. That is lot 124 and it has a house on it. Lot 125 is empty but has a dock on it. Lot 126 is for sale. Lot 127 is for sale and it's the point lot. I put the tax maps on the MLS. I think the best way is to drive past 5 N Fairwinds about 250 feet. Park on the right. Walk down in the woods towards water. Use the tax maps on the MLS to make sure you're on the lots but remember that on lot 125 there is an empty lot w a dock and that lot 125 is NOT for sale.
